Wildspeaker - Avian buff bug - does not grant double buff to minions

Hi,

My understanding is that the Aspect of the avian, when specced into Above the Clouds, should give the buff twice to the minions. One as aura from character, second their own buff.
Same as it supposedly works with Saqawal Nest (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Saqawal%27s_Nest)

If not, the description of the ascendancy would not make sense as Aspect already is granted to the allies.
