Trying to buy Guild way point stash tab

So trying to buy this tab for my guild when the map stash was released caused instant crashes...waited what feels like a few weeks got another update and thought this was now fixed. the problem still persists. trying to buy this tab causes the game to crash and can not buy it for guild.
