"You can't currently access this players area" - PS5 Bug

Everytime I try to make a trade I get this message, starting just today.

This is not due to the player I am trying to warp to having their hideout set to private.

This is what happens:

I search for items to buy on the trade website.
Click "Direct Whisper"
Go to console and click "Add to party" on the item owners name in chat.
After adding to party I click "Warp to player"
Nothing happens, and I get the error message "You can't currently access this players area".
The player will now show as offline, even though they are still online, and I can't interact with them at all.

This is every time with every player and has nothing to do with the player setting their hideout to private as suggested.

I've tried resetting the game, logging in and out, nothing works.

Please help!
