Blinking in Trial of Chaos Bugs

This happened on two occurrences. One; I blinked into the challenge area while descending the elevator and for the remainder of the challenge, I could not hit enemies with any skills. They could hit me.
Two; While in a challenge area (incomplete state), I blinked and it clipped my character to the top of the exit elevator. The elevator immediately descended, however, once the challenge was completed, the elevator would not raise, leaving my character stuck in the challenge area.

Separate bug;
After getting stuck in the challenge area above (two), I portaled out of the area to town (it took me to Act 3 PRESENT), and then teleported back to the challenge. Problem did not solve. After that, I logged out of the game and logged in again. I then respawned in Act 3 (PAST). From here there is no portal (to the challenge arena), and I assumed that I should take the gateway and the portal will be there. But instead, the gateway took me to "The Riverbank". After this, I could not figure out where to find my portal back to the challenge, and now the progress is lost (very frustrating to lose progress on a mechanic such as this).
