Its now 3 months for me please fix it GGG

I have this issue since poe2 early access launch. Loading screens %20 of the time instant as usual but %80 of the time takes 1.5 - 2 mins and after loading complete to map/hideout or any zone latency goes up to over 1 million and game crashes me to log in menu. I have no issue with my internet connection I have no issue with other games. I had no issue before poe2. I just want to play poe1 but I can't progress like this its really punishing my time and feel of joy/fun. I was playing from main launcher deleted and reinstalled from steam and still same issue. I clean installed windows 10 22h2 still have issue. I ran packcheck everything is normal. I disabled my antivirus/win defend still no fix. I tried 10+ different things to try to fix it and still I have the same issue. I opened like 4 or 5 Threads no responds at all . This is my final Thread about my issue. Wish this was an easy to tolerete issue but its not. Please guide me to solution if its something I should do or please fix it if its something you should do.
