Sony currency bug, still no currency.

Yea I had bought 400 coins back on the second for path of exile 2 through Sony store. I have sent multiple messages, had someone say they’d check into, and haven’t heard back since. Kinda disappointed I bought this 40$ worth of currency back on the 2nd, sent out support emails, and this is still not resolved. It is bugged buying coins through the Sony store, and I do not know why.

After reading a few of these, I kind of wish I didnt get the supporter pack last night.

It's still not showing up, but Im going to try the 'Log into PoE and get it there; then go back'. trick. Strange that this is happening, but as I have played and will continue to enjoy this game, I won't throw any shade.

Did you purchase through the PS Store? I'm considering the upgrade to Ogham starter pack and planned to go through the in game mtx shop which has treated me well so far.

Yea the purchase through the store for coins at least wasn’t working. Ggg contacted me and told me to try to make the purchase again through game, but not complete it. It did show up after that. I did purchase the Sony starter pack though. When the game came out and that was working, but the coins themselves were not. I do know that the poe1 trick usually works. But, they were able to help me fix it.
