Lighting conduit bug for controller players. Please please fix. Ita been forever

I've been working my build to CoS for so long. Spending so much time grinding. Love this game so much.

But when i finally got my lighting mage online i realized.
None of the +skills were applying to my lightning conduit. I even went out and bought the jewel that give me +2 more to the skill specially.
So i read up on it and it seems to be only a problem for controller/consol players.
Ita been MONTHS since ive had this bug. And i know im not the only one.
I grinded alllll this gear to just be missing out on +7 skills added to my skill because CoS is glitched. Im pretty sure every "Cast on" skills is not adding any plus to skills for us controller people.
Id really like to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
I dont get much time between the kids, work to play another toon. I just wanna enjoy how buffed my og toon should be.
I feel like it could be a simple fix :(
