Trapped in boss arena in maps

How is this still a thing that is happening. I am in rust pit and i killed the boss as i came across him before the last 2 rare mobs and i cannot leave the arena for some foul reason as the arena gate did not reopen after boss kill. How are we 3 months into the games life and this week 1 bug is still in the game.
