What to build now ?

I have been living in a bubble last 2 months building my leap slam warrior. The warrior is now finished. I am happy with him, he did all content except the Arbiter (i am just too slow to get in the safe zones) and Delirium +2 / +3 / +4.

I havent been following what you all have been doing except that stat stacking is quite popular. I now want to build a character that is oposite to my leap slam warrior except that i don't want to be using any obviously unintended and grossly overpowered mechanics. (but slightly overtuned is ok) So:

-It uses ES
-It uses a spell as main attack
-It is good at arbiter (fast and precise in its movements)
-It has no problem doing delirium +4
-It can be built on a ~50 divs budget.

If you want something off meta but easy and fun - try a Pathfinder/Poison/Corpsewade Build - it's basically a 0-1 Button Build that kills by walking around...

Not sure about Arbiter but did Delirum on mine without a problem.
