When playing the game in window mode, the map system is not being properly scaled, creating a situation where is hard to play the game.

The map's point of interest are not being resized to fit their actual location, and the map background is being enlarged with weird proportion as shown in the screen shot.

Start the game in windows mode, small windows, log on, get in game, resize your windows by maximizing it, and go open the map system.

If you maximize the windows using the maximize button (or double click the title bar), the windows will enlarge, but the map POI will not be scaled properly.

If you manually resize the windows, using the bottom right corner arrow and then release it, the game will rescale all of the map system graphics correctly,
