Lightpoacher - Spirit Charges not working correctly

It seems that the Spirit Charges from Lightpoacher dont give any extra damage for now. I tried it with different spells/attacks etc. but my damage does not change (also trinity is not working etc.).

"Extra damage of each element" and "extra damage of a random element" mods are not displayed in the tooltip.
