OMEN OF AMELIORATION is working randomly

Im tired of this. Its happening 50/50. Sometimkes it is working, sometimes not. What is hard to make it work properly? GGG is gona refund that all lost exp? Or delete that omen form game, becouse you making only false save feeling.

The part where you can only activate one Omen triggered by combat per instance, a fact written on the Omens themselves, seems to trip up a lot of people who run around with Omen of Resurgence and Omen of Amelioration both activated.
