Frequent Unexpected Disconnects

I'm getting frequent unexpected disconnects while playing POE1. I am also having the same issue on POE2 but I thought it might just be an early access thing but seems to be happening on both. I can't seem to recreate it, it seems random. My game kind of hangs and sometimes I can still see chat but then I either have to click return to login screen myself or wait for it to log me out back to the login screen. Not sure where to start with troubleshooting the issue.

same Problem here, but only in POE1.
Load Map, Portal opens, try to get in, and then - an unexpected disconnect occured and i am on char selection.
Happens not by every map, but i lost a bunch through these error.

Same issue here.
Unexpected disconnect while mapping, difficulties to reconnect.
When back in game map is closed all loot is lost from inventory.
