"Smothered" from embezzler ghost minions removes all regen

The debuff says that you recover life/mana/es more slowly. But it actually removes all regen. The text should be updated or it should not removes all regen.

Tormented spirit applies a 50% less recovery rate to nearby enemies and periodically summons Warriors and Archers minions which apply a 50%/100% less Recovery Rate debuff on hit respectively.
