Gold Flask + Paladin "Field Medicine" not working

With paladin ascendancy "Field Medicine" Utility flasks should give 40% more to linked target. We tried put Gold Flask but atleast on "misc" stats the "increased rarity of items dropped by slain monsters" didn't go higher - it did stay same if he used the flask himself or i used it + gave link to him.

TLDR; either character stats bugs or paladin ascendancy dosent work with gold flask

No it shouldn't.

Magic Utility Flasks applied to you have 40% increased Effect

When it applies to linked targets, "applied to you" condition doesn't check out.
