KernelBase.dll crash the game

Hi,
First thing i want to say, I love this game and I feel kind of sad to not be able to play it without crash or issues with the little time I have everyday... I feel like GGG fixed the pc freeze lock, but now I have a new issue that is common and well known apparently : KernalBase.dll My game will just alt-F4 on it's own, also it will stutter like crazy and the sound will also "freeze" while playing before the crash would actually happen. I tried multiple things, and today i even tried to do a fresh windows install. Crashed 30sec after login with the character, feeled so depressed after that...lol. Keep in mind, I don't have a lot of time to play and I used all my week-end to try to fix the issue... I've tried both steam and launcher version Gpu is update. Tried dx 11 and 12, blue screened on vulkan lol. Every other game are fine, I'm playing delta force at max settings without issues at 150-200+fps.. I play at 240hz/fps, maybe it is the reason, but I don't see why I'm running a fresh widnows install with a fresh poe install. The game feel VERY unstable and not fun to play right now too much fps drop and weird crash. I really wish there was a fix becausebi just want to login and kill monsters, not crash and search for a fix... I have the same issue.
Nothing from the official troubleshooting guide fixed the crashes and even after several hours of searching the internet I couldn't find anything. It works on my old win10 machine though. Maybe it's related to a windows update??? |

" This thread is only for KernelBase.dll related crashes, not something else, please mention it if that's also from kernelbase.dll " You have kernelbase.dll crash with Win 10 ? :o " Hmm, could also be related to CPU/GPU new hardware, maybe your Win 10 rig have older hardware that work just fine with poe |

I'm having the same exact issue on PS5. It started over the weekend and seems to be getting worse. The game freezes/stutters then it will sometimes continue but most times it will disconnect from the server and return me to the log-in screen.
