Game Crashed after defeating Zarokh so I lost my loot

Basically what the title says. After defeating him the game froze/crashed. After opening the game again I found myself outside the trial with no way to re-enter to claim my loot, so I came here to rant about it since I didn't find a bug/troubleshoot/feedback button in game. Had a bunch of silver and gold keys too.

It freaking happened again. If this is such a common issue, why on earth can't you re-enter the trial after defeating the final boss (in the same way you can do in the trial of chaos). Truly an exasperating experience.
