the problem of controller buttons

My profession is a mercenary.
1. Sometimes the buttons don't work;
2. I keep pressing the shooting button, and most of the time It will continue shooting after reloading. This should be normal, right? But sometimes it will stop shooting, and I have to lift my finger and press down again to continue shooting. This situation can easily lead to sudden death;
3. The above should not be the problem of my controller. I have three controllers, one of which is all brand new dual sense edge black edition that I just bought.
