jamanra copper citadel crash

I killed jamanra during phase 2. As i was waiting for him to do his animation of self harm my game crash. I return and the portals only lead to the beginning of the map. when i travel to get to the boss area the bridge is closed off and i cannot get into the boss arena to collect loot.
