infinite loading screens when changing character or changing map on ps5

I was playing ps5 verson, however from 23/2 the game always infinite loading when the game changing map. i tried to close game and reopen again. sometime work sometime not.

the worse issue was even can't show the character screen and infinite loading.

did anybody has same happen on ps5?
