Fell Fen potential bug.

What is the bug:
Fell Fen ascendancy node potentially not working correctly

When:
During ultimatum fight, when picking +50% all res modifier, their resistance doesn't seem to be set to 0 when I'm nearby. Indication of this is the chaos res icon on their nameplate. Not sure if intended or not but usually wordage like x is y takes priority over +res and stuff.
This is the most jarring case I noticed but I was a bit suspicious about this node from beginning.
