Jamanra Loot Bug PS5

Hello,

I would like to report an issue with the loot from the boss Jamanra at the end of Act 2. After a long and exhausting fight, I finally managed to defeat the boss, but to my surprise, all of the loot that was supposed to drop after killing the boss disappeared within seconds. I couldn't even read what was listed as a reward. I was very frustrated, especially since I expected something important to drop at the end of this event according to the quest.

Frustrated, I decided to try again after the instance reset. To my surprise, the same issue occurred again. The boss dies, the dialogue appears, the loot drops, and before I could pick up anything or even grab just one item, the rest of the loot vanishes permanently.

Please look into this issue or let me know if there's a way to recover the lost items.
