Is support still behind colossally?

I've sent a ticket to support back on December 13th and got a reply back asking for some confirmation info a week later.
Now its 2 months later and still no further reply since. Last bumped on Mar 28, 2025, 11:58:09 AM

It has now been 104 days since I first sent a ticket. Along with another month since this post. Still no reply.
This is insane. Sure I can see support being slammed and things taking longer than usual, but to not have support respond in over 3 months? Do you expect someone to wait half a year to a year for support? |
