Iron Citadel Flipped to Map Failed After Completing

Earlier today, I completed an Iron Citadel on the Atlas Map without dying. I looted the Crisis Frag just fine after killing the boss. I got the notification that said Map Completed after killing the boss. I completed the 2 map mods just fine. I logged back in a couple hours later, and it now says the map was failed.

same here in fact all my citadels are map failed and I do everything down to killing every enemy on the map, and ive killed all the bosses and even done T1 arby

I do the same. I kill everything for the exp. I hope they get this fixed since there's content we're not able to engage with as a result.
