I keep freezing and also my load times are crazy long

This seems to have started happening much more often this new event and last league. My load times are between 10-90 secs. In any area, whether it is in town, hideout and any map/zone. And i am constantly freezing mid map and having to close via task manager. I have searched online for people with the same issues and have tried pretty much everything I can find with no relief.

Any suggestion are welcome! I will let you know if I have tried that or not!
