Bog Witch "Rotten Core" node does not proc Cast When Damage Taken

The self hit from this node does not work with CWDT at all.
However I have tested with two other on being hit effects, Inexorable (25% chance to gain endurance charge on being hit) and the Venom Drinker ascendancy node (100% chance to be poisoned on being hit) and it works with both of those.

I can only assume that this is a bug.
Please fix, because this ruins part of the potential power of this ascendancy lategame, as you could use this otherwise useless node to trigger game changing CWDT setups.
