Melee attack speed bug

Lightning strike blind prophet character in legacy of phrecia has roughly half the attack speed that is shown on the offense tab ingame and in pob. I think its the event or the ascendancy that is causing the problem because melee works fine in standard or even on other characters in legacy of phrecia.
