POE 1 Phercia, game freeze on load screen

Just downloaded POE 1 to try out the Phercia league. The game starts freezing on the load screen and I never had any successful login pass character creation. Tried alot of suggested fix and nothing works, including POE Uncreasher.

Help please :(
