Increased logbook drop Idol mode not workin

I have 150% logbook drop chance from idols and even tho also in remnants i have at least 50% drop chacne adeed to 200% still no logbooks drop. farming T14+ maps and in 27 maps found only 1 logbook.Is this normal?
