Aristocrat's Gem-Lined Cap and Awakened Supports

The +3 to level of all non-exceptional support gems doesn't seem to be working properly with awakened support gems like added cold and added lightning. At support level 2 (level 5 with gem-lined cap), I'm seeing the +1 level on the support gems but it isn't reflecting on the skill. If I put the same setup in a +3 Cane of Kulemak, it works fine.

Tested it myself and came to the same conclusion.

Gems tested is Awakaned added Fire damage and Added Elemental Focus

Having the same Problems testet with awakened added fire, cold, lightning.... thats a bummer :/
