Unable to pick up items

Without the loot filter on i’m not seeing any drops, with a loot filter i’m seeing the color on the ground but unable to pick up or see any items, even if i drop them on the ground.

Also i have clicked show hidden objects on and off and filter on and off trying to resolve issue
