PoE 1, No Atlas Skill Tree?

Hey, I cleared 20 maps and 2 Mavens Invitations, but the Atlas Skill Tree is completly empty. There is just nothing. I can`t skill anything, because nothing exists. Just the background Wallpaper.
I also get stuck in it and can`t leave it.
When I go to the Atlas Screen on G the Skill Tree is still disabled, yet I have 22 skillpoints for it.

There is no Atlas Passive Tree in Phrecia.

It is replaced by the Idol system.

Okay thank you. Then just avoid the machine after Mavens Cruicible to not get stuck, little but confusing^^
