Mouse pointer freezes, everything else fine

Hello my mouse is freezing but everything else is fine. The game runs perfectly and I can still move using WASD. The cursor will freeze for a few seconds and then work okay and a couple seconds later, sometimes 5-20 seconds later it will freeze again.

To add, the game works perfectly on controller. I've also updated mouse drivers and even tried a different mouse.

How is the mouse making connection to the PC?
Do you have a Playstation or some other controller connected that is maybe interfering with the mouse that you can disconnect to test? |

Direct USB to PC is how my mouse connects, nothing else was connected to the PC other than that.

I am able to use my controller just fine but the only problem is if I use the mouse it freezes for half a second to a second and then snaps back to normal. Still happening today POE2.
