Atlas Passive Tree doesn't open

I have completed campaign, talked to Kirac, ran the maps and completed it.
Soon then I realized that I was unable to open the atlas passive tree.

Changed the bind, still doesn't work.
I ran another few maps to completion, talked to Kirac and basically pressed every available option on him, but nothing really helps.

For extra information, typing /atlaspassives showed that I have 5 total Atlas Passive Skill Points (0 allocated), which is basically number of maps I have completed, but I can't access my atlas skill tree.

Edit: Alright I feel dumb. It was replaced by the idol system LOL

Anything am I missing here?
