game crash entering trials of ascendency area, or while in trial

Hello I am running trials of ascendncy with my friend and my game keeps crashing, this started 10 mins ago.

Origoanlly i made it all way till last ascendcency trial then crash, now every time i try to enter the ascendency area it crashes and shows "Dissconnected : failed to connect to instance"

after trying multiple times it lets me in and crashes after first area trying to enter new area.

i have been having constant crash issues ever since 2 leauges ago and now this is happenening. please help or suggestions if any, thanks.
