Idol mods not working

"Synthesised Monsters in Synthesis Map have % increased Pack Size" is not working.
I have a total of 4 Conqueror idols but when I go to Synthesised maps I see that the packsize has not increased at all. 118% can be considered at least x2 the amount of monsters. But I feel for sure that it is not increased so it is not even displayed on the mini map.
I think the reason is that the atlas skill tree didn't work on synthesised maps before, so now idols don't work either.
