Respec passive tree still very much bugged

Can we please get a fix for this. I have to try so many time to respec and cross my fingers hoping that the tree doesn't revert to what it was before. Sometimes the games just applies some skill point changes and, at the same time, doesn't apply some changes which then takes a lot of time to fix. It is EXTREMELY frustrating and time consuming.

I was finally able to do the respec I wanted yesterday and I when logged in today... BAM! passive tree is reverted to what it was before my changes.
