Vine Arrow

Hello,

Vine arrow just stopped working and cannot be equipped onto the skill bar. Ive been using this all the way to cruel. Stats are within levels required. Also in the Skills Panel, despite the skill socketed or on its own it is does not show the statistics anymore, almost like the skill is disabled somewhere.

Anyone else with this issue?
