Meta skills, cast on skills dont work for me

currently any cast on skills or barrier innovaction or any meta skill will not work for me, these skills use to work for me in the past maybe about two months. I currently play demon form witch and have a monk which cant also use cast on anything. How do i go about fixing this issue is my game file corrupted or is this fixable in game, ive tried removing items skills and w.e else and nothing still works for cast on skills or barrier invocation.....Plz help me

Do you have enough spirit and activated the "Cast on ..." skill? Or is there a red exclamation mark (with tooltip text)?
Otherwise post a screenshot (upload it to an image hoster) of your gems menu.
