Standard Characters Disappearing being deleted randomly.

I have had two level 80 plus characters disappear randomly. account is still active, items are still in stash but characters and items on characters are gone. I do not play hardcore, standard only.

Is anyone else having this bug/issues. looking for help or confirmation that others are having similar issues. Timid to make another character or put the time into one if this is going to continue or be the trend.
