Xbox series s & x loading issue.

When trying to load into a hideout or a map it freezes on the loading screen so you having to log out to fix the issue.

this is happening both on S n X? im playin on S and havent seen this one yet

Yes both series x&s, not too sure if it's bad internet connection or something in the game, I play with a Wi-Fi connection the routers in the same room though, The ethernet cable is used by the series x.

After troubleshooting the internet we found that the issue is indeed with the game it's affecting all three Xboxes two series s 1/x in the household. Looking for some input from the tech team it's a great game this really is frustrating though. Don't require direct input from support staff just one the issue to be resolved and it to be on your radar. Thank you for an excellent game.

Had a buddy help me test loading, both of us on XSX with gigabit internet.

"Enchanter's Crafting Bench" hideout deco is a problem from our test.

1. When I have it placed in my hideout, it takes 1-2 min to load for either of us.

2.I removed and both load in fine.

3. Left removed till I load and buddy leaves (without exiting game). Re-place the deco and have him try joining; 1-2 mins load time.

4. Send buddy away and travel right back again, 1-2 mins load time.

5. have buddy load in, wait 10 sec and deleted deco, instant load.

6. Had buddy leave again, replaced deco and had join back, 1-2 mins load time.

Attempted the same test above in 2 owned and one just bought hideout with same results.

I am also having this issue (infinite loading screen) on the Series S. It happens at random. I can hear monsters hitting me and eventually die but can't do anything.

You guys did fix this in settlers league but it seems it got reintroduced in the Phrecia event.
