Ultimatum Idol BUGGED?

GGG this mod on idol does not work at all.

The "Ultimatum Encounters in your maps only requiring you to survive" mod.
This is really irritating when ive made a char 100% for this.. just to find out that it doesnt work.

Could this be fixed? Does others have the problems?
