Stranger in a Strange Land achievement

Hi
I can't get the achievement for rogue exile. I go to Kaom's Stronghold, find a strongbox there, reroll it several times until rogue exile appears and then kill it. The achievement does not appear.
Is it possible to get it today?

Does the screenshot show where you're attempting to get it? I'm pretty sure Kaom's Stronghold refers to the area in Act 4.

You're right, it should have been another Kaom's Stronghold
