Betrayal Scarab of Intelligence still bugged since Necropolis

Hey guys, i understand that theres like 5 people still working on PoE 1, but isnt it kinda embarassing to have a scarab that has been bugged from its inception? Its gonna be almost a year since this scarab was released and its been bugged ever since, bricking Interrogation gains from Captains, now with the Phrecia event idols giving 50% more intelligence on top, it completely bricks most of Betrayal, well take this as a PSA for other people that the scarab is still bugged, even more in Phrecia, and heres to hoping for Betrayal rework soon!

Im running idols that are adding progress for safehouses and none of them work. I thought i was going crazy and doing something wrong for few h but apparently not.
