Crux of Nothingness Bug (GAME IS UNPLAYABLE)

I am on PS5.

I was attempting to defeat the King of the Mist in the Pinnacle encounter. During the maze section I had to quit out due to connectivity issues and lag. When I attempted to log back in and select a character I was unable to load in as any character as the prompts refused to work. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still can't select any character at all rendering the game unplayable.

Please help me.
