Game crashes all the time after rare item drop

in a previous post i had a game crash after what i can only think was from astramentis trying to drop. since then it crashes every 30 min or so with no error codes, ive uninstalled and re-installed the game, all drivers are updated, files all validated fine and havent been able to get any type of resolution on the matter or fixes. please help
