Kitava A10 fight consistent crashes(Phrecia event)

Hi all, POE1 game keeps crashing in final A10 fight with Kitava destroying town portal even if it's in other area(The Canals). Some advices from earlier bug reports(ie no portals and keeping away from top and bottom of arena) give some time but game crashes anyway(the best result is approximately 50% of boss HP). See details about character below:
Skills: Vitality + Discipline with Arrogance + Zealotry as auras, Frostblink and Withering Step as travel skills and Forbidden Rite of Soul Sacrifice as main DPS skill. Tried to change FRoSS to Soulrend(presuming that it can be something with life cost of FRoSS) with no effect.
Items: Ghostwrithe and Karui Ward as uniques and a bunch of generic rares without any specific affixes. Has 76% chaos res though.
Mobs: Kitava boss fight.
Character: Scion Scavenger with Shavronne and Void Battery ascendancy passives.
Reloading the Feeding Trough zone does nothing(new fight also crashes after some time). Strange thing: after game crashes and I manage to get to arena again(without reloading "bad" zone), I sometimes see Kitava HP bar even before I get into arena(and after that game crashes again).
