Mod Missing on idols?

Hello! I have been checking every day and farming for the mod "#% increased Rarity of Items Dropped by Abyssal Troves and Stygian Spires in your Maps" Not only have i yet to find it but none have been on the trade site at all. So my question is does this even exist? And if not will it be patched?
