Departure

Today, at about 23:40 time zone +3, connection server Paris, the character Agata_Wallenstein was kicked out of the server with a connection error after the second death on the Arbiter, there were 3 more attempts, the portals disappeared, as did the access plates themselves.
The reason for the error was the boss's long attempt to kill 1 skeleton, when the character himself was already dead.
I ask you to return the access plates to the boss, since this is not an error of my PC or system, but a reaction of the game client and the access server.
PS. Maybe this is early access, but this does not mean that you should not provide compensation for the loss of such significant items lost due to errors in your system.
