No health recovery BUT NO DEBUFF EITHER.

I've been noticing that at times health is not being recovered at all with no debuff indication. And i mean NO REGEN AT ALL. I will pop every flask charge and get no health back. I will kill to get life from leech and get no life. AND NO INDICATION OF ANY DEBUFF. I've lost 4 possible divs in lost loot not to mention the exp loss.

No, i do not use any gear that restricts my regeneration or recovery nor do I have passives with any similar consequence
